If you fill the liners too full, the cupcakes will overflow.

By the way, this recipe transfers beautifully into cake pans to make a 6 inch cake.

1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk, at room temperature*

1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

Frost cooled cupcakes however you’d like.
